Wow, what a great event. I’m still recovering from the shock of awesomeness that took place at 229 Hogan for Artwalk. The event was spearheaded by Karen Kurycki and myself with a lot of help from theAIGA camp.
The event showcased custom toys created by local artists/designers with proceeds going to The Big Fun Box a local charity that provides children in hospitals with fun, creative activities.
This is the type of event I like to put together and now that I’m a programming co-chair with the AIGA I hope to put on more events like this and merge the art community with the design community and but on more kick ass events. Well enough talking, I’ll let the images speak.
