I just wrapped up this fun logo design for a new website David Park of Prefix Mag will be launching soon. Showlistix will be an events website where visitors can find information on various shows and events in their area. For the design of the logo we wanted it to include an image of a ticket but not overpower the logo type. Since the logo will primarily be used on the web I had to make sure it would be recognizable at various sizes as well. Overall, I think incorporating the image into the type worked really well.
To say the client was great to work with would be a understatement, he was quite possibly one of the easiest clients I’ve ever worked with. It also solidified my view that a client who trusts you will let you do your thing without getting too involved and lets your creative work show through. In all, this was a great logo project and I can’t wait to see how the website turns out.
