I just received some photos of the food truck I designed for the awesome dudes of Grilled Cheese Bandits and I think it turned out pretty rad. While working on the logo I was also thinking of food truck designs to keep everything moving. After some initial talks and sending design comps we went with the cheese drips flowing down the sides and a view from the back as if you were looking into the truck and seeing the bandits with their loot, bags of grilled cheese sandwiches. I really wanted the colors to pop so you could see this thing from miles away and the orange and black tie into into the colors of a little baseball team in S.F you may have heard of. In all this was an awesome project to work on, I got to work with great clients who let me flex my illustrative muscle and do what I do.
